BR has some great new collections coming up - we want you to check it out first hand & up close with us in our VIP!
ALL order placed prior to Nov 6 will ship out before Dec 12, all orders placed after Nov 6 will not be guaranteed for Christmas and will fall under normal turn around times
CANADA POST STRIKE -
This will only affect PO Box orders and subscription tee orders
HOWEVER - we have 3 large orders including R32 , stocking week towels and blankets that are held in transit, they will be first to make and ship once strike is over.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, all orders currently in transit are subject to delays beyond our control. We are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may be impacted as supplies are released.

TAT - Turn Around Time is presently 5-8 weeks!!! Combined orders are an option at checkout for a fee & please be aware this extends your turn around.

UPDATES ON MY PRE-ORDERS
Remember, some suppliers are experiencing delays in shipping from overseas still.
Our main supplier, for pre-orders, has stated a TAT of 11-18 weeks for it to ship to me, then my 1-3 weeks to make your items and ship them out, in addition to shipment times based on carriers, to get to you. We have been tirelessly trying to source fabric in North America and even locally, so a lot of our recent pre-orders will have much faster turn around times. Please see detailed updates for each of BRs outstanding Pre-Orders.
OUTSTANDING PREORDERS
R32 ATHLETIC PRINT Preorder ( open August 7- 14) arrival nov/dec Arrived - shipping
R33 ATHLETIC / SHERPA Preorder ( open Sept 6-20 ) estimated arrival end November / mid December (delayed and held by Canada post) Arrived Jan 10th
R34 Print Preorder ( open sept 20-29 ) estimated arrival end of December / early January (has arrived in Canada but will be delayed due to Canada post this supplier only ships Canada post ) arrived - production
(prints are moving to every 2 weeks) and will be open for approx 8-10 days closing on 14th and 29th/30th depending on month
💥💥 all packages that are held by Canada post showed movement on Dec17, they all entered Canada on the 7th of november (Via customs, and strike they have been at a stand still) orders will ship out as they arrive even over Christmas dates any chances to sizes and styles can be emailed to info@bearandroo.com) All 3 packages were tagged in another city Dec 20th will update as they continue to move
The last day for shipping orders for us is Dec 12. I will resume production Dec 27. And continue to ship first week of January.
