These soft light weight flutter dresses are perfect for everyday play, and for getting dressed up. Style them up or down with leggings or tights, or add some shorties to go under for the all round perfect play dress. Toss a mini cardigan over top for cool nights. Dresses have a fitted bodice with a slight flared out bottom.  The dress is a short sleeve dress with an added flutter, and has a curved hem that is serged.
