Elli Flares features a non elastic waistband. Fitted through hips to the knee then flare out for a trendy vibe.  Perfect to wear with a Blossom Tee, Joy Tee , or a oversized Charlie Sweater or Lil Lounger. This style starts at 12 month and goes up to size 14 youth.
